Credits are a virtual currency used to purchase goods on our store. You can buy Credits from us and then spend them in the store.
One Credit is priced at 0.01 EUR.
You can purchase Credits by visiting the Buy Credits page on our website. After a successful payment, the Credits will be added to your account.
The price of a skin is listed in Credits and can be found on the product page. The equivalent in euros is also displayed. The price of the skin is based on the discounted market value and is subject to change.

Yes, there are restrictions. In order to purchase skins, you need to have a Steam account that’s eligible to trade and have a verified email address and mobile phone number. Additionally, some countries may have restrictions on purchasing skins. Please check Steam’s Trading and Market Restrictions page for more information.
To request a refund, submit a ticket by sending an email to support@hubnode.com. Please review our Refund Policy before making the request.
Yes, Hubnode is a legitimate website operated by registered company Hubloop OÜ in Estonia (organization number: 16646514).
You first need to purchase Credits from us. Then, you can use those Credits to buy items in the store. The Credits will be automatically deducted from your account upon purchase.
Yes, you can send Credits as a gift to a friend through the Credit trade page on our website.
Yes, CS:GO skins are stored on Steam accounts. You need to have an eligible Steam account for us to deliver the skins to you.
Currently, we only sell skins for the game CS:GO (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive).

You can request a copy of your data stored on Hubnode by reaching out to us via email or support ticket. You will receive a .zip file containing your data. Note that requesting your data does not automatically result in its deletion from Hubnode’s servers. If you want to erase your data, see the question below. Note: The data file may not reflect any updates made to your information between the time of your request and the data archive creation.
